Please ensure you are aware of our full terms & conditions which can be found below:

All booking fees/deposits are non transferable and non refundable.  Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of your total booking, due to the nature of our work it is very hard to fill cancelation slots at short notice due to patch tests being needed.

Any cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee of your total booking taken from the card placed at time of booking.

If you have not yet paid your booking fee/deposit to secure this appointment, please ensure you do so within 48 hours of making the reservation to prevent your appointment from being cancelled.

* CoVid19 policy:

1. Please complete the additional CoVid19 form – this will be sent to you prior to your appointment.

2. Please notify us immediately if you display any signs of CoVid19 or have been in contact with someone who has.

3. Please DO NOT arrive early for your appointment. If your early, please ensure you wait in your car or outside, this is for the safety of all clients and staff to reduce contact & maintain social distancing.

4. When entering the clinic please ensure you have a mask on and it reamins on at all times fully covering your mouth and nose.

5. Please wash your hands as you enter the clinic, this is on the table in the seating area.

6. You can then go straight through to the treatment area.

7. Please arrive alone. Guests will not be allowed in the clinic with you.

8. Pay online prior to your appointment where possible to reduce contact in the clinic.

9. Our 2 treatment beds have been set further apart with a 2m distance. If you are uncomfortable about a second treatment bed / client in the same room please contact us immediately.

10. All therapists will be wearing gloves, aprons & masks. Admin staff will wear a mask at all times.

11. The clinic will be fully cleaned down after each client leaves and before the next one arrives including the waiting area.

12. If you have any other concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

All appointments are subject to a 30% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure future appointment.

A refund of your booking fee/deposit will only be given if you provide 72 hours cancellation notice – and this may be subject to a £20 administration charge.

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the FULL procedure price.

We will however, endeavour to reallocate your scheduled time to another client – and if we’re successful, we’ll only charge you the booking deposit.

To rebook your appointment you will be required to pay another 30% non-refundable booking fee to secure future appointments.

Cancelled appointments are only recognised with written confirmation – either email, text or social media.

Late arrival (15 mins) to your scheduled appointment will result in your practitioner being un-able to carry out your procedure and you being charged 50% of the full treatment value.

Fauilure to attend your appointment will result in 100% of your appointment value being charrged.

Our prices are correct at the time of going to press and subject to change without written notice.

Cancelled (less than 48 hours notice) or missed course appointments will result in the appointment being forfitted and classed as one of the sessions from the course package.

Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted on our premises due to insurance requirements.

We are committed to providing only the highest quality treatment and therefore only yourself and our staff will be permitted into your treatment room during your procedure.

Your booking fee is verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions.
